Data processing on our website
When you visit our website | microsite www.t-l-plus.com, our web server temporarily stores each access in a log file. The following data is collected and stored before being automatically deleted:
– IP address of the requesting computer |
– Date and time of access |
– Name and URL of the retrieved file |
– Amount of data transmitted |
– Notification of whether the retrieval was successful |
– Data identifying the browser and operating system used. |
This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (establishing a connection), system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimising the website. This data cannot be used to identify specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources; the data is also deleted after a statistical analysis.
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Collection, processing and use of personal data
We use the personal data provided by you through our contact form to respond to requests that you can send to us using the contact form. If you specify a country other than Germany in the required country field, we will forward your contact request to the company in the Ariston Thermo Group that is responsible for that country, and this company will respond to your request directly.
During data processing, your legitimate interests in accordance with statutory regulations will be taken into account at all times.
When you visit our website, we collect and process your personal data which you share with us willingly (for example, your name, email address or postal address) exclusively to process your order, unless you have given special consent for other purposes.

Transferring personal data to third parties
Your data is transferred to the shipping company tasked with delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payments, we transfer your payment information to the credit institution tasked with processing the payment.As far as contact requests are concerned, we transfer your data, in accordance with the preceding, to the relevant company of the Ariston Thermo Group.

Use of cookies
We use cookies to improve your experience of our website | microsite www.t-l-plus.com and to enable the use of certain features. Cookies are small text files that are used as identifiers. We transmit cookies by means of your web browser to the hard drive of your computer and we can read them out during your visit to our website (“session cookies”). Please note that some of these cookies are set as soon as you access our website. Our website uses the Matomo web analysis service. Matomo is an open source tool.
Matomo uses “cookies”. These are small text files which are stored on your terminal device by the web browser and which enable an analysis of the website use. The information generated by cookies about the use of our website is stored on our server. Before saving, your IP address will be anonymised. As a user you thereby remain anonymous.
Cookies from Matomo remain on your terminal device until you delete them.
Matomo cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of user behaviour, in this way we want to optimise our website and, if necessary, our advertising.
The information generated by the Matomo cookie about your use of the website is not shared with third parties. The setting of cookies by your web browser can be prevented. However, some functions of our website may be restricted by this.
You can deactivate the storage and use of your data here.

Right to object

If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed by us unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms.
Security
We appreciate your trust and we will proceed with utmost caution to protect your personal data from unauthorised access. However, when communicating via email we cannot guarantee complete data security. We therefore recommend sending confidential information by post.
