Because every single part of the THISION® L PLUS and TRIGON® L PLUS have been developed for outstanding performance. Solutions from 60 kW up to 1600 kW offer a maximum of flexibility. Compact, lightweight and powerful. The new THISION® L PLUS is the most powerful wallhung boiler and the TRIGON® L PLUS is the most compact and lightest floorstanding boiler in it’s class. And with 14 different models (7 wallhung, 7 floorstanding) also truely versatile.
Cascade installation: Wallhung
The THISION® L PLUS is incredibly flexible and is available in either in-line or back-to-back configurations for up to eight boilers, delivering heat outputs up to 1,6 MW. The systems include all the components necessary to complete the primary heating circuit, with the cascade system specifically designed for quick, simple and effective installation.
Cascade installation: Floorstanding
The TRIGON® L PLUS is incredibly flexible and is available in either in-line or back-to-back configurations for up to eight boilers, delivering heat outputs up to 1,6 MW. The systems include all the components necessary to complete the primary heating circuit, with the cascade system specifically designed for quick, simple and effective installation.
Backpacks:
Single boilers can be delivered with a backpack solution, which has a low loss header or plate heat exchanger already integrated. With this approach, installation time and costs are reduced even further, making single units ready to plug & play.

Thanks to the integrated pumps setup time is reduced and additional costs become obsolete. On top of that the boiler will be delivered with non-return valve and cascade manager already installed – ready to plug & play.

The reliable HEX3-technology offers high efficiency at lowest emissions of NOx and CO. That’s why the new THISION® L PLUS and the TRIGON® L PLUS matches the requirements of NOx-class 6 effortlessly.
Optimised combustion zones!
By managing specific zones with different requirements a maximum energy yield can be achieved at lowest emissions. In zone 1 temperatures go up to over 1000°C, the formation of NOx is barely possible here. Thanks to a quick stream and a rapid temperature decrease flue gas temperatures are kept above 600°C which facilitates an optimal CO formation. Condensation and the transfer of remaining flue gas energy take place at approx. 56°C in zone 3.
Keeps the heat and the noise inside.
The full insulation made of expanded polypropylen ensures that the heat stays in the right place: inside the boiler. Thanks to the insulation the noise stays there as well. So not only you but also the environment can benefit from a quiet operation.
Made easy: Installation, integration and information.
The big variety of supported bus modules facilitate a better integration into the existing “Building Management Systems” MODBUS, KNX, LON und BACNET. This way installation and monitoring of devices becomes easier.

The newly developed circuit board with Master-Slave logic ensures the efficient use of both heat exchangers in conjunction with the cascade manager.

The HMI control panel has been reworked and modernized completly. Besides a full touch functionality the display offers numerous other functions such as simulations for tests and trainings.

Robust at heart
In the process of condensation sulphur- and nitric acid permanently corrode the surface of the heat exchanger. This causes a penetration of the oxide coating of the material and leads to corrosion which inevitably diminishes the thermal conductivity. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel however is four times stronger than the resistance of aluminium! That’s why the new THISION® L PLUS and THISION® L PLUS are equipped with high quality stainless steel components throughout the whole combustion cycle.
The power of the heat exchanger. Times two.
With a capacity range of 60 kW to 200 kW (as single boiler) and up to 1,6 MW in cascade installations there is a big variety of possible applications in the commercial sector. This is due to the internal redundancy: Two heat exchangers work independently in the tightest of spaces. It is with good reason the THISION® L PLUS and the TRIGON® L PLUS claims to be the most compact cascade on the market.
No worries on the day of maintenance.
The sophisticated technical planning also extends to the maintenance of the device which reduces the necessary service to a minimum.

Back pain? Not with us.
Maintenance and technical service can be very uncomfortable especially when the boiler components are difficult to reach. With the THISION® L PLUS and TRIGON® L PLUS all components are easily accessible from the front through the detachable cover.
The HMI is placed on top of the device in 1,70 m height. Regardless of a cascade or single boiler configuration. Through this Installation, maintenance, inspection and operation are simplified enormously.
